About us

Innovative Concepts was founded in San Jose, California in 1978 to provide unique and quality residential design services to clients throughout the greater Bay Area.

Specializing in custom home design, additions and remodeling, Innovative Concepts provide distinctive and innovative architectural design along with up to date knowledge of local and uniform building codes.

Over the past 30 years, our clients have been built upon referrals by homeowners, builders and remodeling contractors. Innovative Concepts maintains good standing with the Better Business Bureau of San Jose and is recognized and well known by building and planning departments throughout the South Bay area.

Our goal is to continue to provide quality architectural design and working drawings that meet or exceed industry standards. To achieve this we have updated our drafting department to include the latest AutoCAD and other related architectural programs designed to meet the professional expectations of the new millennium.
